The South Central Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., consisting of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi, met in Knoxville Tennessee on November 4-6, 2021.  The meeting was the C. Roger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC). The Conference is held each year throughout the 12 Provinces of Kappa Alpha Psi.

Nearly 500 men from throughout the Province attended. There were 46 Chapters represented, and some 240 new Kappas were initiated.

The men of the Chattanooga Alumni Chapter (CAC) as well as Lamda Iota Chapter of UTC were in attendance and each had new initiates.

The Chattanooga Alumni Chapter received two awards for outstanding achievement in the Province, thus continuing a long series of excellence within the Province as well as the National ‘body. Also, Past Polemarch, Bro. Chris Ramsey, received posthumously the prestigious Polemarch Award for his outstanding body of work within the Fraternity as well as his tireless efforts to deliver health care to the underserved citizens with the Southeast Region of the United States.

It was generally acknowledged by those in attendance that the four new initiates of CAC did distinguish themselves before the body, in the areas of testing and in an oratorical challenge of content knowledge, delivered with speed and accuracy.  The men of Lambda Iota of UTC “made” eight new brothers, thus ensuring its continued presence on the campus.
