Last month, the National Alumni Association of Howard High School announced its 2022 Scholarship Winners. Applicants had to submit an application, 500-word essay, college acceptance letter, faculty recommendation letter, and meet a specified ACT/GPA score.
Each Winner received $1,000 in funding to attend a 4-year University or College. Winners are Javarous D. Mayes; Natajai M. Moore; Trinity H. Smith; Keonna A. Miller; and Jamaal H. Macon, Jr.
The academic achievements of these students reflect great credit upon themselves, family and friends, the faculty of The Howard School, and the Hamilton County School Board.
