Chattanooga: On Monday, October 18 at 5:00 pm ET, the American Diversity Report presents its 2nd annual Diversity Town Hall in partnership with the Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the U. of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). Speaking virtually, the panel of business leaders will explore the relationship of business and community in creating the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) of the future. We are inspired by this excerpt from an editorial one of our panelist.
“I’m calling on Chattanooga business leaders, large and small, to begin taking steps toward creating a culture that’s more accepting of others from different races, ethnicities, genders and sexual identities. As a larger business community, we’ll struggle to attract the type of talent we need to compete in a global economy if we don’t start having these conversations and enacting real change.” ~ Eric Fuller
