Following 40 Years of providing Culinary Delights in Catering; 25 Years as Chef at Cafe LeMont’s; and 10 years as a Culinary Instructor, Chef LeMont Johnson has officially RETIRED. A festive occasion, hosted by his wife, Mrs. Renita Johnson, (Chief Baker and Events Designer) and friends, was held at Cafe’LeMont’s. Chef LeMont received a City of Chattanooga Proclamation from Mayor Tim Kelly and delivered by Administrator, Karen McReynolds-Collins. Distinguished community leaders, pastors, customers, friends and family were present to wish him good health and continued success with his
new endeavors of pleasures in retirement.
